    The school’s Second Semester Examinations for Junior One, Junior Two, Senior One and Senior Two, as well as the Unified Examinations for Junior and Senior Levels will proceed as scheduled from 19 October 2026 (Mon) to 31 October 2026 (Sat). Students from the relevant levels are required to report to school according to the examination timetable and make adequate preparations for their examinations.

    During the haze period, all teachers and students are advised to take appropriate health precautions by wearing suitable face masks, drinking plenty of water, minimizing unnecessary outdoor activities and monitoring your health condition closely. If you experience any physical discomfort, seek medical attention promptly and inform the school as soon as possible.

    The school will continue to closely monitor changes in the Air Pollutant Index (API) and make the necessary adjustments accordingly through the school’s official website: https://hinhua.edu.my/hhhs/.

    10月16日部分年级温书假与考试安排 | STUDY LEAVE & EXAMINATION ON 16th OCTOBER

    敬致：全体教职员、学生及家长

    鉴于各项校内外考试即将举行，经综合考量，学校决定将10月16日(星期五)定为初一
    至高一年级温书假    。上述四个年级学生明天均无须返校，并受促善用时间居家温习，积
    极准备将于10月19日开始的第二学期期末考试。

    高二年级期末考试则于10月16日(星期五)按原定安排进行，高二全体学生须如常返校
    应考。

    教师于10月16日(星期五)则须依照教务处发布的《期末考监考须知》返校履行监考职
    责；监考第三科的教师于12.00pm前到校即可；非监考教师可不必到校。各行政单位人
    员(包括有教学任务的行政助理)照常返校办公，以确保学校行政事务正常运作。

    各项校内及统一考试即将举行，相关考试日期如下:

    • 10月16日（星期五）： 高二年级期末考试开始
    • 10月17日（星期六）： 董总高中美术统一考试
    • 10月19日（星期一）： 初一、初二及高一年级期末考试开始

    学校与董总考试局均已制定应对烟霾危机的应变机制及标准作业程序(SOP)，在确保考
    试公平、公正及公信力的前提下，尽最大努力保障全体师生的健康与安全。请各级考生

    To: All Teaching and Administrative Staff, Students, and Parents/Guardians

    In view of the upcoming internal and external examinations, and with careful consideration of all relevant factors, the school has decided to designate 16 October (Friday) as a Study Leave Day for students from Junior 1 to Senior 1. Students from these four levels are to stay at home and make good use of the time to revise in preparation for their upcoming examinations, which will commence on 19 October.

    The Senior 2 Semester Examination will proceed as originally scheduled on 16 October (Friday). All Senior 2 students are required to report to school to sit for their examinations.

    Teachers are required to report for invigilation duties on 16 October (Friday) in accordance with the Instructions for Semester Examination Invigilators issued by the Academic Affairs Department. Those who are assigned to invigilate the third session can clock in at 12.00pm; non-invigilators do not need to report to school. All administrative staff, including administrative assistants with teaching duties, are required to report to work as usual on this day to ensure the smooth operation of school administrative functions.

    As the school and Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) examinations are approaching, the examination schedule is as follows:

    • 16 October (Friday): Commencement of Senior Two Semester Examinations
    • 17 October (Saturday): UEC Senior Art Examination
    • 19 October (Monday): Commencement of Junior One, Junior Two, and Senior One Semester Examinations
    • 21 October (Wednesday): Commencement of the UEC Senior and Junior Examinations

    The school and the United Chinese School Committees’ Association of Malaysia (Dong Zong) Examinations Bureau have established haze contingency measures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These measures are intended to safeguard the health and safety of all students and staff to the greatest extent possible, while upholding fairness, impartiality, and the integrity of the examinations. All students are advised to continue your preparations according to the original schedule and be fully prepared to sit for the examinations.

    The school will continue to closely monitor changes in the Air Pollutant Index (API), as well as the latest announcements and directives issued by the relevant authorities, and make the necessary adjustments accordingly. Any further updates or changes to school arrangements will be announced through the school’s official website (https://hinhua.edu.my/hhhs/). All staff, students, and parents are advised to check the website regularly to stay updated.

    During the haze period, everyone is advised to minimise outdoor activities, avoid prolonged exposure to hazy conditions and stay well hydrated. When going outdoors, wearing a suitable protective mask is recommended. Anyone experiencing breathing difficulties, persistent coughing, eye irritation, or other symptoms of discomfort should rest and seek medical attention when necessary.

    有关人士使用的电话号码包括 011-3758 5872 等手机号码。

    ⚠️本校在此严正声明：
    校方及校长从未授权任何人士进行上述采购，
    也未曾以私人手机号码向商家订购相关物品。

    本校郑重吁请各商家提高警惕，如接获任何以本校、校长或校方人员名义提出的采购、订货、转账或付款要求，切勿轻信、付款或交付货品，务必先直接致电学校核实，以免蒙受损失。

    The School has recently been informed that unscrupulous individuals have been impersonating our Principal and school personnel to place large orders for floral products, purportedly for National Day celebrations, in an attempt to perpetrate fraud.

    The individuals concerned have used mobile phone numbers including 011-3758 5872.

    ⚠️The School hereby states unequivocally that neither the School nor the Principal has authorised anyone to make such purchases, nor have we placed any orders for the aforementioned items using private mobile phone numbers.

    We strongly urge all vendors to remain vigilant. Should you receive any purchase, order, bank transfer, or payment request made in the name of the School, the Principal, or any school personnel, please do not make any payment or deliver any goods without first contacting the School directly for verification to avoid financial loss.

    If you encounter any suspicious activity, please retain all call records, messages, and payment details, and lodge a police report as soon as possible.

    关于烟霾期间教学与防护安排通告

    鉴于近期烟霾情况日益严重，为确保全体师生的健康与安全，学校将依据教育部相关指南作出以下教学与防护安排：

    1. 学校将根据环境局空气污染指数检测系统 (MyJAS EQMS) 的官方发布，当空气污染指数 (API) 超过100点时，所有户外活动即刻暂停，包括体育课及课外活动等。
    2. 每日下午6点的污染指数升至200点或以上，学校将发布通告，隔天学生无需返校，同时启动居家网课机制。届时，教师与学生须依据原定课表，准时在线教学与学习。
    3. 各处室行政老师及职员照常上班，并配合处理相关校务。

      此外，烟霾对呼吸系统影响甚大，学校呼吁全体师生：
      • 自觉佩戴口罩，特别是在户外活动或通勤时；
      • 多饮水，减少外出，注意身体状况；
      • 如有不适，应及时向班导师或学校报告。

    Notice on Teaching and Safety Arrangements During the Haze Period

    In light of the worsening haze conditions and to safeguard the health and safety of our entire school community, the school will implement the following measures in accordance with guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education:

    1. When the Air Pollution Index (API), as reported by the official MyJAS EQMS system, exceeds 100, all outdoor activities—including physical education classes and extracurricular activities—will be suspended immediately.
    2. If the API reaches 200 or above by 6:00 PM on any given day, the school will issue a notice indicating that students are not required to attend school the following day. Online classes will be activated, and both teachers and students must attend and participate punctually according to the existing timetable.
    3. All administrative staff and teachers assigned to offices are to report to work as usual and assist with relevant school operations. Given the significant impact of haze on the respiratory system, the school urges all teachers and students to:
      • wear masks conscientiously, especially during outdoor activities or while commuting
      • stay hydrated, minimize outdoor exposure, and monitor your physical well-being
      • report any discomfort promptly to your form teacher or the school

    Let us work together to safeguard our personal health and ensure uninterrupted learning. The school will continue to monitor changes in air quality and update its response measures accordingly. Please stay tuned for future announcements.
