烟霾期间，请大家尽量减少户外活动，并注意补充水分。如有外出需要，建议佩戴合适的口罩。若出现呼吸不适、咳嗽、眼睛不适或其他身体不适情况，应及时休息，并视情况寻求医疗协助。

Based on the latest Air Pollution Index (API) monitoring data, the current air quality remains at a moderate level. Therefore, all classes and school activities will proceed in person as usual tomorrow.
The school will continue to closely monitor changes in the Air Pollution Index, as well as the latest information and directives issued by the relevant authorities, and will make appropriate arrangements according to the prevailing situation. During the haze period, everyone is advised to minimise outdoor activities and ensure adequate hydration. If it is necessary to go outdoors, the use of an appropriate face mask is strongly recommended. Should you experience breathing difficulties, coughing, eye irritation, or any other physical discomfort, you should rest promptly and seek medical attention when necessary.
