根据卫生部通报，目前全国新型流感疫情已进入传播高峰期。为确保全体师生与家长的健康安全，学校特此提醒并呼吁各界共同提高防疫警觉，落实以下措施：
1. 保持高度防疫意识
请全体教职员、学生及家长务必加强自我防护，避免前往人潮密集场所，外出时请佩戴口罩，勤洗手、保持环境清洁，并注意个人卫生与作息，以提升自身免疫力。
2. 遵守卫生部防疫指示
凡出现发烧、喉咙痛、咳嗽、流鼻涕或身体不适等症状者，应立即就医并遵医嘱居家休养，同时填写《兴华中学校园防疫/流感资料收集表》向学校报告。学校将根据卫生部指引，要求确诊或疑似感染的师生进行居家隔离，直至康复。
3. 确保学业不受影响
期末考与各项公共考试即将来临，敬请同学们务必严守防疫规范，保持身体健康，以免因病缺考，影响学习与成绩。
学校再次呼吁全体教职员生保持高度自律，积极配合防疫，共同营造安全健康的校园环境。愿大家平安健康，顺利完成本学期各项学习任务。

To: All Teachers, Students, and Parents
According to the Ministry of Health, Malaysia, the current influenza outbreak has
entered its peak transmission period. To safeguard the health and well-being of all teachers, students, and parents, the school hereby issues the following reminders and preventive measures:
1. Maintain High Awareness of Disease Prevention
All teachers, students, and parents are urged to strengthen personal protection, avoid crowded public places, wear masks when going out, wash hands frequently, keep surroundings clean, and maintain good personal hygiene and regular routines to enhance immunity.
2. Follow the Ministry of Health’s Preventive Guidelines
Anyone exhibiting symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, or general discomfort should seek medical attention immediately and rest at home as advised by a doctor. Affected individuals must report to the school by completing the Hin Hua High School Influenza / Health Monitoring Form. In accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines, confirmed or suspected cases will be required to undergo home isolation until full recovery.
3. Ensure Academic Progress is Not Affected
As final examinations and public assessments are approaching, all students are reminded to strictly adhere to preventive measures and maintain good health to avoid illness that may lead to absence from examinations and affect academic performance.
The school once again urges all teachers, students, and parents to exercise self-discipline and cooperate actively in maintaining a safe and healthy school environment. We wish everyone good health and success in completing all academic tasks for this semester.
