2025 年即告结束。本校将于 2026 年 1 月 5 日开课。
2. 为了让家长们更好地督促孩子按时完成各项手续，本校依惯例把领取成绩单与 2026
学年学籍注册工作安排在同一个时间处理。有关详情如下：
A) 领取成绩单
请携同孩子到校领取学业成绩单，与老师针对孩子的成长交换意见，以便和学校配合给予孩子适当的鼓励和协助。【请督促孩子穿着整齐校服与鞋袜到校 】
B）办理 2026 学年学籍线上注册缴费手续
（详情见《网上缴付 2026 年学籍注册费、宿籍注册费须知》）
– 日期：28/11/2025 至 02/12/2025
– 缴费
– 注册后，登入学校网页 https://www.hinhua.edu.my 浏览 2026 学年度书单，并进行网上购书（详见《网上购买 2026 学年书籍》、《购书流程表》）。
注意事项：
- 欲续读但因经济困难未能如期缴费办妥注册手续者，须在 02/12/2025 之前通过电邮向校长室申请延迟办理，否则不保留学位。
- 未在 02/12/2025 之前获得校长室批准而迟注册者，将被罚交逾期手续费 RM30。
（ 是否有学位须视当时情况而定 ） - 欠费 （学杂费、宿舍费、补习费、赔偿费或欠费）未缴清者，不能注册。
- 高一、高二 SPM 注册及辅助费用于开学后处理。
- 为协助升上高中部的学生更好地订下高中的学习目标与计划，本校规定全体新学年高中一学生须于 02/01/2026（五）、03/01/2026（六）两天到校参加 “2026 年高一学生始业辅导”。
把学校办好，为下一代提供更好的教育是我们的愿望。请家长们大力配合，以便学校为新学年班级师资等方面妥善安排。谨此，谢谢您的支持与合作。

Dear parents,
The academic year of 2025 is coming to an end. The new academic year is scheduled to
commence on 5 January 2026.
2. The collection of report cards and registration are scheduled concurrently so that the following procedures can be completed under your supervision:
A) Collection of Report Card
Please attend the interactive session with the class teacher together with your child for constructive feedback. (Please ensure that your child wears a school uniform.)
B) Registration for academic year 2026
(refer to the “Online Payment for Registration & Boarding Fee 2026”)

– After the registration, browse the book list of 2026 from https://www.hinhua.edu.my and place your order online (refer to “Online Purchase of 2026 Academic Year Books” for details)
Important Notes:
- Anyone who is unable to register during the stipulated time due to financial constraint may apply for a deferment with the Principal’s Office via email by 2 December 2025. Failing to do so may result in losing a place in the new academic year.
- A penalty of RM30 will be incurred for late registration without prior approval for deferment. (places are subject to availability)
- If there is a fee in arrears (school fees, tuition fees, miscellaneous fees, hostel fees, compensation or fine) students are not allowed to register.
- The SPM tuition fee for SM1 and SM2 will be collected in 2026.
- All SM1 students of 2026 are required to attend the Senior 1 Orientation Programme on 02/01/2026 (Fri) and 03/01/2026 (Sat) in order to prepare for a new phase of learning journey.
