- 最后使用日期：2025 年 11 月 22 日 （星期六）
- 退款申请日期（若有余额）
- 在 2025 年 11 月 30 日（星期日）之前提交申请表（退款申请表链接 ）。
- 缴付欠款日期（若有欠款）
- 在 2025 年 11 月 30 日（星期日）之前缴付电子钱包欠款，方法如下：
- 网上充值：家长以线上充值方式还清欠款。
- 现金：家长或学生可以到会计处以现金还清欠款。
- 在 2025 年 11 月 30 日（星期日）之前缴付电子钱包欠款，方法如下：
- 退款日期
- 会计处将在 2025 年 12 月 15 日开始通过银行转账方式，将 2025 年 11 月 30 日前提交的退款申请陆续退还。

Congratulations to all of you on completing your secondary school education! To ensure effective management of the school e-wallet, please take note of the following matters.
- Last Usage Date: 22 November 2025 (Saturday)
- Refund Application Date (remaining balance)
- Submit the refund application form (refund form link) on or before Sunday, 30 November 2025.
- Payment of Outstanding Balance (negative balance / outstanding balance)
- Settle the outstanding e-wallet amount on or before Sunday, 30 November 2025 using either of the following methods:
- Online Top-up: Parents may clear the outstanding balance via online top-up.
- Cash Payment: Parents or students may visit the Accounts Department to make cash payments.
- Settle the outstanding e-wallet amount on or before Sunday, 30 November 2025 using either of the following methods:
- Refund Process Date
- The Accounts Department will begin processing refunds via bank transfer starting 15 December 2025, for refund applications submitted on or before 30 November 2025.
